Igor Ruf was born in 1984 in Virovitica, where he attended the Mechanical Engineering High School. He studied on Sculpture Department at the Academy of fine Arts in Zagreb, graduating in 2010. He has exhibited at local and international exhibitions. Since 2012, he has been working as assistant lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts iz Zagreb.
